Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and withdrawal requests are handled for digital products sold under the Orbit Blueprints brand.
By purchasing a digital product from Orbit Blueprints, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Digital Products
Orbit Blueprints sells digital products, including but not limited to PDF guides, blueprints, checklists, templates, workflow documents, prompt systems, and educational resources.
All products are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped.
After a successful purchase, access to the purchased digital product may be provided immediately through a download link, customer portal, email delivery, or another digital delivery method.
2. No Automatic Refunds After Access Begins
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once access to the product has been provided, the download has started, or the digital content has otherwise been made available to you.
By purchasing a digital product with immediate access, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the download or access begins, where permitted by applicable law.
3. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
However, for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right may no longer apply once the delivery of the digital content has started, provided that you have expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once access or download begins.
If you have not accessed, downloaded, or received the digital product, you may contact us within 14 days of purchase to request cancellation where applicable by law.
4. Eligible Refund Cases
We may consider refund requests in the following cases:
- you were charged more than once for the same product
- you purchased the same product twice by mistake
- you did not receive access to the product due to a technical issue
- the download link or delivery system does not work
- the file is corrupted or unusable
- the wrong product was delivered
- another exceptional issue occurred that prevents reasonable access to the purchased product
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:
- you changed your mind after accessing or downloading the product
- you no longer need the product
- you expected a different outcome from using the product
- you did not read the product description before purchasing
- you purchased the product by mistake but accessed or downloaded it
- you do not have the software, device, or technical setup needed to use the file
- you disagree with the content after receiving access
- you request a refund because the product did not produce a specific business, financial, productivity, marketing, or operational result
Orbit Blueprints products are educational and informational materials. We do not guarantee any specific result from using them.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at:

Please include:
- your name
- the email address used for the purchase
- order number, if available
- product name
- purchase date
- a short description of the issue
We may ask for additional information to verify the purchase or understand the problem.
7. Review Time
We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days.
If your request is approved, the refund will usually be processed through the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or checkout platform.
8. Payment Provider and Lemon Squeezy
Purchases may be processed by third-party checkout and payment providers, including Lemon Squeezy.
Where Lemon Squeezy is used as the merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy may handle payment processing, taxes, invoices, refunds, and chargebacks according to its own terms and policies.
Lemon Squeezy or another payment provider may also have the right to issue refunds or handle disputes in accordance with its own policies, even where Orbit Blueprints has a no-refund policy for accessed digital products.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to provide order records, access logs, delivery information, download records, communication history, and other relevant evidence to the payment provider where necessary.
10. Product Access After Refund
If a refund is issued, your license to use the product ends immediately.
You must stop using the product and delete any downloaded copies where required by law or by our request.
You may not continue to use, share, copy, resell, adapt, or distribute refunded products.
11. Business Customers
If you purchase as a business, company, organization, agency, or professional user, statutory consumer withdrawal rights may not apply.
Refunds for business purchases are handled according to this Refund Policy and applicable law.
12. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
If any part of this policy conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory legal rule will apply.
